Rattlesnakes.. in Duqm [?]

If you enjoy the desert wilds during the colder months, these photos will serve as a precaution. These photos were allegedly taken [authenticity remains unconfirmed] at the site where the on-going construction of the Duqm Airport is located.

The place is very beautiful, but you have to take extra care when you are in the area. The rattle snakes are supposed to expose themselves to the sun during winter.

IMPORTANT : PHOTOS BELOW, UNTIL CONFIRMED FROM THE SOURCE,  WILL REMAIN AS AN ILLUSTRATION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE OCCURRENCE OF RATTLESNAKES OR ANY OF ITS KIND IN THE LOCALITY OF DUQM. STILL, THERE'S NOTHING TO LOOSE IF WE APPLY EXTRA PRECAUTION WHEN GOING TO "UNSAFE" PLACES.
